Vuonna 1931 aloittanut kiinteistöyhtiö toimi Viipurissa. Yhtiön omistus päätyi KOP:n Talolalle, ja yhtiö purettiin sodan jälkeen, koska sen varat jäivät uuden rajan taakse. Kelkkala oli yksi Viipurin kaupunginosista, ja alue sijaitsee muutaman kilometrin keskustasta kaakkoon. Yhtiö toimi alusta asti Kansallispankin ohjauksessa.
