Maineikas kauppahuone, jonka alamäki alkoi Manconin johdossa 1980-luvulla. Manconin konkurssi keväällä 1989 kaatoi myös Bensowin marraskuussa 1989. Bensow toimi mm. Soliferin edustajana Suomessa. Vielä 1980-luvun alussa yhtiö menestyi tuomalla maahan mm. suosittua Suzuki PV -mopedia.
